      Sylvia Todd Haha, Moe, I have mostly been "off the wagon" this month, but yeah, there's just something that seems like "home" about Kraft ;). I think that is largely because we fended for ourselves a lot growing up, but still :D.

      Sylvia Todd Ooh, nice, Leslie! I wonder if any seeds would work (though Chia seeds are an excellent idea). I've been thinking about getting some more potassium and believe I read that flax seeds are a good source of that.

      Leslie McLea Yes, flax seeds would work too, but I would get the ground ones. The whole seeds, are harder to digest, and not sure how whole would work in binding. The chai seeds expand when they have moisture, or fat in the case of these meat balls. GIve it a try, you...  more
