  • The challenge for the month is for all of us to get stronger! Strength training (toning and building muscles through resistance) is an important part of staying healthy and prevent injuries, especially as we get older. Even if you don't have weights at home, you can do strength work with pushups or other exercises using your own body weight. Let's make our health a priority!
