• Wow...Pastor Dion, I am so moved by your experiences. I know God is shining on you and through you. Thank you for sharing your story. I was the sole Survivor of a tragic car accident in an 2008 accident, when my Father and closest Brother died. It was during a time when I was mad at God and in a dark place after I lost my Dad and Brother that I first read the Refreshing Hope devotional. Now I'm married to a great Christian man. We have two beautiful children and 6 pets. We are Ministry Leaders at our Christian Church. I'm safe. I'm happy. And I'm a child of the most high King. God truly is present in all you do, Mr. Todd. You've been a safety net for me.


• This is going to sound strange but over this last couple of months it almost seems like we have been in a conversation because 99% of what you have wrote has been more like you were responding to me in a conversation than something you wrote as a general help to everyone reading your devotional. I truly feel like God is talking directly through you to me. I'll pray about something and the very next morning your devotional is a response specifically to that prayer right up to this morning. You are a miracle.


• Seeing your e-mail today, made me cry. It has really hit home and is yet another reminder that I need to keep the Faith and believe on God. I literally prayed yesterday for the Lord to give me a sign, something to show me that He really is working on this and bringing it about. I know everything in God's time, then the 'yeah but' comes about. "Yeah, but, it has been MONTHS!" Yet, I know that the Lord has plans for me, for good. So, with that, I thank you. Yes, I know that it was the Lord leading you to write this, but you are the vessel, and you need reassurance that you are on the right track, at times. Again, thank you. Your e-mails are a blessing.
