• I have more of a statement than a question. I was not sure where to post this. I wanted to thank this ministry for the several years of encouraging emails. In my current situation I'm not able to go to a local Church. It has been difficult, and I just wanted to share my gratefulness to Pastor Todd's encouragement via those emails. I use to go on Facebook, and I believe the Lord connected me to you folks. I am not able to read each day's message, but when I'm able to I've have many times received exactly what I needed at that time. I have been trying to save them, until I am read. Today I read your devotional about Gideon. It was such try a blessing, I joined the website to post this and ask for specific prayer for healing, to enable me to return to the Mission field. • I'm brought to tears as I opened my email and saw your Name. Refreshing Hope Ministries is always there when I am at my lowest and the peak of my highest. Your daily messages coincide with every moment in my life. I needed this word today, praises to Jesus for you all.


• I would like to send a message to Dion. I want him to know that about 2-3 months ago I couldn’t go to church that Sunday. So instead I logged on to refreshing hope to watch his church. There was a spot for prayer requests and so I asked for prayer for my back problems. I have suffered from severe pain for 18 years never finding out the problem. Nor could doctors help. I have been through it all. Much to my surprise when he prayed for me he used oil. And I don’t know what happened but I began to pray and cry. Now I’m not a crier over prayer but I felt something overwhelming. And after I started a new treatment not involving drugs or surgery. It’s called stem wave. And my back is better than it has been in 18 years!! Praise God. I don’t have constant pain anymore. Dion you might not know that what you do touches people! But it does! I just want to thank you. I have been doing your daily devotions for a couple years. It’s how I start every single day. I don’t often go to your site but that morning changed me! Just wanted to tell you! Praise God for your ministry!
