• I have backslid in the worst of ways, have repented and have been trying my hardest to reconnect by doing what I think He wants me to do. But I still do not hear from Him like I feel I should. I went to bed and awoke at a little after 5 am and again I started to pray, God please what must I do to get right with you, I am hurting, please speak to me Father. At that very instant my phone beeped, and it was your devotion on the Rising of the Sun. It answered all of my doubts, my fears, it was exactly what I had prayed for.

The Lord has been using you to speak truth into my heart. So many times the messages relate to exactly what is going on in my walk with Jesus at that moment. • My heart was just so heavy and I began to cry out to The Lord for direction and asking him to remove any doubt that he was able to lift this heaviness that I was feeling but I could hardly focus to really pray through so I turned on my iPad as I always do and when I began to read the message for the day the tears just began to flow because God had you write this message just for me. So I thank you for allowing God to use you to speak to his people.
