Praise and Thanks

1 Chronicles 25: 3- As for Jeduthun, from his sons: Gedaliah, Zeri, Jeshaiah, Shimei, Hashabiah and Mattithiah, six in all, under the supervision of their father Jeduthun, who prophesied, using the harp in thanking and praising the Lord.

Prophesying is about speaking into life that which the Lord speaks to you directly. It is about the future, and to affect the lives of others. There are many ways in which the Lord speaks to us all, but if you desire to open yourself up for a word to others from the Lord, consider what Jeduthun did. Through music, thanking and praising the Lord, he prophesied. Jeduthun was called the king's seer (2 Chronicles 35:15) and was the music director for some of David's Psalms. Psalm 62:1-2- My soul finds rest in God alone; my salvation comes from him. He alone is my rock and my salvation; he is my fortress, I will never be shaken. Singing praises and thanking the Lord is an intimate exchange in which He never ignores. He delights in our praise and thanks. Regardless if we are alone in the car, or in a hall filled with thousands, to Him, it is just about the personal time with you and Him. He longs for that intimacy.  If you desire to hear from the Lord, thank Him, praise Him, and wait to hear Him. He is always there. He uses all of His children for His purpose. Listen intently to the voice of God and then speak.

Father, help us to trust that You do speak to us.  That You do want us to hear You so that we may speak life into the lives of others.  Use us today Lord and let us see Your glory work through the lives of those around us.  Thank You Lord for all You do for us that You would want to partner with us to bring water to the thirsty and food to the hungry.  Thank You that You want to bring healing to the sick and sight to the blind.  Help us to hear from You and speak life today to all that would listen.  In Jesus name, amen.

Thanks, Pastor Dion, for removing the one thing that kept me from diving in to the quizzes. Interruptions from little ones are inevitable 😁

To resume, you just go back to the same quiz and click resume. Or you can start fresh. I want to be able to do longer quizzes and this will allow users to spread them out over time. 😀
