Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don't be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day's own evil is sufficient. Matthew 6:31-34 WEB.
Once, I was working on a software program to help automate some things for us. There was a bug where each time I tested the application on the computer, the processor usage would climb to one hundred percent, and the computer would slow to a crawl. I am sure you have seen the hourglass or the spinning beach ball yourself. Eventually, the computer would become unresponsive.
The computer system would become comatose. It was just too busy thinking to respond to any more input. All the system resources were being used up, yet, it was accomplishing absolutely nothing. In the code, I had forgotten to include a proper break out for a particular condition. So the computer application would reach that line and get stuck in what is called "an infinite loop." It was repeating the same thing over and over again to itself endlessly, and it would never move on. Eventually, all the remaining system resources would be used up, and you would get "Not Responding."
Worrying about tomorrow is a lot like this. You try and solve tomorrow's problems in your mind. When you fail, you try again, then again, and again. Soon, it becomes an infinite loop, and you lie in bed staring at the ceiling, unable to sleep. A loop like this will drain all of your energy until you are completely exhausted and no longer responding to input from others. The noise level in your head will grow louder and keep you from hearing God's still, small voice. You become so tired, and yet, you have solved absolutely nothing.
Stop. Break out and through that wall of doubt and fear. Living in the past causes depression. Living in the future causes anxiety. God will help you through tomorrow when it comes. When the problem arrives, the answer will also appear with it. Today is the tomorrow that you were worried about yesterday. He has brought you this far, so don't get caught in an infinite loop of worrying about tomorrow and miss living today. Trust God, and tomorrow will take care of itself, just as it did yesterday.
Prayer: Heavenly Father, I pray that You bring the breakthrough in my life. Help me break out of this loop and to reach a new level. Please fill me up with Your Holy Spirit, cover me with Your peace, and let me be a carrier of Your love on the earth. I choose to trust You to take care of tomorrow. In the name of Jesus Christ, I pray. Amen!

sharing the pastor's words:
Bible Fun Fact: The KJV Bible is the only book in the world with one billion copies in print.
Israel once faced a terrifying enemy that meant to destroy them. However, the Lord changed the situation at the last minute and turned it into a blessing. If you face an impossible circumstance today, don't neglect to praise the Lord. Face the trouble with a smile.
Heavenly Father, I pray that You bring the breakthrough in my life. Help me break out of this loop and to reach a new level. Please fill me up with Your Holy Spirit, cover me with Your peace, and let me be a carrier of Your love on the earth. I choose to trust You to take care of tomorrow. In the name of Jesus Christ, I pray. Amen! ❤️🤟🏻
Amen! As the holidays approach and I give thanks, may I remember to give proper thanks to You Father for all you have done! I pray I never dwell on Thanksgivings and Christmases of the past. I do know I can't compare our world with that of simpler times. I don't want to get caught in that infinite loop that will shut me down. May my life be in constant harmony with You oh my God. In Jesus' Name I pray, Amen! 🙏
